I'm an experienced Operations Manager living in the Tampa area and enjoying life with my wonderful wife and 3 beautiful children. We soak up all that the Tampa lifestyle has to offer, spending as much time outdoors as the weather will allow. We enjoy camping, visiting the beach, and of course going to the World Class Theme Parks.

I have held active State Contractors Licenses in 3 States. Virginia, Florida, and Texas. I also hold a current and active Real Estate License in Florida. This allows me to bring multiple levels of knowledge and experience to the table for all of my clients.

PROJECTS OF SIGNIFICANCE

I have worked on Commercial and Residential projects. College Dorms at the College of William and Mary. Disney's town of Celebration. I have built Custom Spec homes as well as Pre-Sales on CP loans for buyers. 203k purchase to renovate projects. I have built in multiple areas of the Country, under all types of conditions and have built basements, slabs, block construction, wood frame construction, etc. You name it, I have done it.
